Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant for withdraw the present complaint.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the matter has been compromised with the Bank, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
