ORDER

 

 

During the arguments it reveals that matter pertains to fraud, forgery and multiple transactions. Therefore complainat seeks liberty to file afresh complaint before Civil Court. Limitation, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice as well as in view of Hon’ble Supreme Court judgment in Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial institute (1995) 3 SSC 583. Request allowerd. Original copy of the complaint be returned after retaining a copy on record. Limiataion, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn.
