BY THE STATE COMMISSION ( PER HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BANWARI LAL SHARMA, PRESIDENT ):

submits that this appeal may be disposed of in terms of order of this Commission dated 23.6.2021. He further submits that appellant is ready to file undertaking before the learned District Commission to the effect that in case appellant complinant does not succeed in complaint case, he will deposit the remaining 50% amount with penalty and interest as per respondent's norms within one month after dismissing the complaint for which counsel for the respondent Mr. B.S.Matwa has no objection.

 

In view of above this appeal is disposed of in terms of order of this Commission dated 23.6.2021 and also direct that appellant complainant will file undertaking before the District Commission to the effect that in case its complaint is being dismissed it will deposit the remaining 50% amount of the subject bill within one month after decision of the District Commission with penalty and interest as per norms of respondents and shall regularly deposit the consumption charges with respondents of the subject electric connection. It is made clear that if the regular bills are not being paid by the appellant complainant during pendency of complaint, the

respondent will have liberty to take action against the complanant consumer as per rules.

 

The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
