Parties are absent without step. Complainant is found absent on repeated calls. No show cause is filed by the complainant as per last two orders. No step for service of notice upon O.P.3 has yet been taken by the complainant. Complainant was absent on four consecutive dates prior to this day. Hence we have reason to believe that complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case. Heance the case deserves dismissal.
