          Today, complaint was fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the present complaint.  However, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with this complaint due to some technical defect and withdraws the same. He has sought the permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. In view of this, complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and permission is granted to the complainant to file fresh complaint before any competent Court of law/ Forum on the same cause of action.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
