On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance by the complainant was entered into on 24.08.2018. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Quorum cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
