                   Ms. Simran counsel for the OP

         

            Counsel for the OP states in the presence of complainant who is also seen sitting in the court premises today that the matter between them has been settled amicably.  In terms of the settlement Cheque No.39557 dated 2^nd May 2022 has been handed over by the counsel for the OP to the complainant.  We may note that the name mentioned on cheque is Priyanka Mahajan.  Complainant states that she is also known as Priyanka Mahajan and she still maintains  an account with the bank in her said name.   Counsel for the OP has sent copy of the settlement.  Settlement shall form part of this order. 

                 

           In view of the settlement arrived between the parties the matter is disposed of as settled Complaint is disposed off as settled.  File be consigned to record room.
