Perusal of the record shows that matter was adjourned for orders on 08.10.2018. Thereafter, matter adjourned for several times but neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. Finally, court notice was issued on 09.02.2022 to the complainant as well as complainant was also informed telephonically on 25.02.2022 but still he did not appear today. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
