Sh.K.K.Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2.   

 

                        Counsel for the OP No.1 appeared before this Forum and made a statement recorded separately that a compromise has taken place with the complainant and a cheque of Rs. 1,08,779/- bearing No. 569564 dated 27.03.2017 drawn on Citi Bank has been handed over to the complainant being full and final payment. The complainant who is also present in the court also made a statement recorded separately that he has received a cheque of Rs. 1,08,779/- bearing No. 569564 dated 27.03.2017 as full and final payment and he does not want to pursue the present complaint.              

                        In view of the statement recorded separately of both the parties as the matter has been patched up between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
