                       The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that for withdrawal of the  present complaint. He has also sought return of original documents. His statement has been reduced into writing separately.

2.                Therefore, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The original documents of the complainant be returned as per rules. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
