ORDER

1.        Called again & again, but none has appeared for complainant. It is already 3.00 PM. It was also called in first session. Perusal of the record shows that present consumer complaint was filed by complainant which was admitted and OPs were noticed for 07.12.2018. Even on the said date, neither the complainant nor his counsel was present. It was adjourned for reply and evidence on behalf of OPs for 21.01.2019. Even on the said date, neither the complainant nor his counsel was present. Again it was adjourned for 20.03.2019 for reply and evidence on behalf of OPs and it was filed. Even on the said date, neither complainant appeared nor his counsel. After admission of the present consumer complaint, complainant did not bother to attend the Forum either in person or through his advocate or authorized representative, though the complainant has engaged Sh.Harpreet Singh Rakhra as counsel for the complainant. Repeated non appearance of the complainant shows that he is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed for want of appearance of the complainant and non prosecution.

2.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
