Member has not come present today.  Mrs. Parminder Kaur Grewal complainant has suffered a statement that she has received the cheque bearing No.455409  dated 15.05.2015 of Rs.39,587.00 and cheque bearing No.272799 dated 18.05.2015 of Rs.2000/-  both drawn on AXIS Bank Ltd., 35, Court Chambers, Sir Vithaldas Thackersey Marg, New Marine Lines, Mumbai, in the court under protest.       

 In view of statement suffered by complainant Mrs. Parminder Kaur Grewal, the present Miscellaneous application stands disposed off. Papers be consigned to record room.
