Sh.Karan Chitkara,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to pay Rs.1,50,000/- each for the two policies ( total Rs.3,00,000/- ) to the complainant in full and final settlement within one month from the date of receipt of copy of order. In view of the above statement, Sh.Kuljeet Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he accepted the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.1 on behalf of the complainant in full and final settlement of her claim and case may be disposed of accordingly.

Resultantly, in view of the statements got recorded by both the counsels, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite party No.1 to pay Rs.3,00,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
