Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.

Ld.counsel for the opposite party has stated at bar that policy in question was obtained by the complainant under Unit Linked Insurance Plan ( ULIP ) and the complainant has approached the opposite party and settled the matter with the opposite party. That is why none on behalf of the complainant has turned up for last so many adjournments. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last 3 adjournments i.e.18.2.2015, 24.2.2015, 26.2.2015 as well as today, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, all this shows that the complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint. As such, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
