                   Mr. Sachin Ohri, learned counsel for appellant has suffered a statement that Stated that as per instructions received from official of appellant, he does not want to pursue with the present appeal. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. In addition, he further requested that statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of appeal may also be released in favour of complainant-respondent-Avinash Sardana. His statement in this regard is recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Sachin Ohri, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five thousand only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the complainant-respondent-Avinash Sardana against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
