Final Order / Judgement

Heard learned advocate for the complainant. Learned advocate for the complainant

has filed a petition challenging the transaction dates 28.05.2019 and 04.06.2019

through which a sum of Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 2700/- where fradulently withdrawn by

the manager CSP.

From a bare perusal of the complaint it appears that the complaint it appears

that the complaint is barved by the limitation.

Hence the complaint is dismissed.

However, it is observed that for the fraudently act of the operator/manager, C.S.P,

Complainant will be at liberty to bring criminal case against the opposite party in the

regular criminal court.
