Complainant absent in spite of the direction of this Forum for her presence. Opposite party represented. Counsel for opposite party insisted for the cost. Non- appearance of the complainant and non-response to the demand of cost by the complainant cannot be justified. A casual submission “Not pressed” without any valid reason is an abuse of power. In the circumstances, this complaint is dismissed with cost of Rs.250/- to the opposite party. Complainant is directed to pay Rs.250/- within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the opposite party is allowed to realize the said amount with 10% interest from today till the realization of the whole amount.
