Applicant is present through the Ld. Advocate.  IA/216/2019 is taken up for hearing.  By filing the IA, Applicant has prayed for substitution of the deceased Complainant, Amarnath Sadhukhan, by his legal heir as per para 4 of the IA/216/2019.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the IA. Let the name of Mitashree Sadhukhan be substituted in place of deceased Complainant Amarnath Sadhukhan.  IA is thus disposed of.  Complainant is directed to file amended version of petition of complaint on the next date.  Fix 10.05.2019 for filing amended version of petition of complaint and also for filing evidence on affidavit by the Complainant.  The Ld. Advocate is directed to file fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the Complainant on the next date.  The case will proceed ex parte against O.P. Nos. 4 and 5.
