ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Challenge in this revision petition is to the order dated 30.07.2010 passed by the State Commission, Delhi, dismissing the appeal field by the petitioner on the ground of limitation. 2. I have gone through the impugned order of the State Commission. It is seen that there was delay of 230 days in filing the appeal by the petitioner before the State Commission against the order dated 05.03.2008 passed by the District Forum. The grounds put forth by the petitioner for condonation of this delay in filing his appeal have been duly considered by the State Commission in its order but the State Commission was not satisfied that there was sufficient cause justifying so much delay in filing the appeal and hence the application of the petitioner for condonation of delay was dismissed along with the appeal filed by him. No additional grounds have been raised by the petitioner before this Commission in respect of the delay in question. In view of this, I do not see any justification or reason to interfere with the well reasoned order of the State Commission while exercising revisional jurisdiction. The revision petition, therefore, is dismissed at the threshold. Dasti allowed.
