Letter dated 24.04.2024 has been received directly in this Commission through registered post on 29.04.2024 from Mr. Sudhir Srivastava (complainant) thereby he has requested that his Consumer Complaint No.399 of 2019 be dismissed as withdrawan.
2. This letter is accompany an application dated 17.01.2023 of complainant and his supporting affidavit dated 17.01.2023. Keeping in view the text of letter, there has been mutual amicable settlement arrived at between the parties and he (complainant) has taken the hand-over of the unit. Since, complainant has expressed that he does not wants to pursue this complaint pending before this Commission and it be dismissed as withdrawn so his request, as contained in his letter dated 24.04.2024is accepted. Present complaint bearing No.399 of 2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.
4. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
5. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
6. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
