                   Mr. Pankaj Katia, Advocate has appeared on behalf of complainants and suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint in view of proceedings in CP No. IB-477(ND)/2021 filed before National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Pankaj Katia, counsel for complainants, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of parties.
