On 23/07/2015 Parties are represented. Judgment written in separate sheet and kept in record. The case is allowed on contest in favour of the complainant, directing the O.P. No. 2 from whom the battery was purchased by complainant to be replaced with a new one of same value not less than Rs. 12000 and to receive the of old battery from the complainant. It is further directed to pay Rs. 1000 as compensation to the complainant for mental agony and harassment etc within 2 months from the date of this judgment, i.d interest at a rate of 6 percent per annum shall be added on the total amount till realization.
