Complaint passed over several times since morning. But none put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.30 p.m. No further wait is possible and justified. A perusal of the file shows that complainant remained absent from 28.08.12 to 02.03.16 for about four years. He appeared after notice on 30.05.16. He attended hearing  for 30.05.16, 30.08.16 and 21.10.16. Since then is again not appearing. Which shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the complaint. Therefore, this forum has no option except to dismiss the complaint in default for non-prosecution. Copy of the order be given dasti free of cost. File be consigned.
