Final Order / Judgement F.A.62/2015 24-02-2023 : In fourth line of our order dt.06-02-2023 inadvertently Respondent has been typed instead of Appellant.   Hence same be read as Appellant.     24-02-2023 : Mr. Aswin Kumar Sahu who was appearing on behalf of appellant submitted that he has not further instruction in the matter. Since 02-11-2022 no steps has been taken to substitute the legal heirs of Appellant.   Hence the appeal stands disposed of as abated.   In view of such facts, the Appeal stands abated as against the deceased Respondent.
