Statement of the Complainant along with his Counsel recorded that he has got compromised with the Opposite Party and as per the Compromise, he has received a Cheque bearing No.250255 dated 21.02.2018 for Rs.34,121/- and Cheque bearing No.250256 dated 21.02.2018 for Rs.35,866/- each drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. as full and final settlement of his claim in the present complaint. As such, he does not want to proceed further with his present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of the statement suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
