         Power of attorney on behalf of OPs filed.  The complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised for an amount of Rs. 54,955/- in lum sum.  The complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement of ld. counsel the OP No.1 and agree with the same.  Ld. counsel for the OPs has made a statement separately that the matter has been compromised for an amount of Rs. 54,955/- in lum sum and requested one month time for payment. Statement of both the parties recorded separately.  

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  The OPs are directed to pay Rs.54,955/- (Fifty four thousand nine hundred fifty five only) in total to complainant within 30 days from the date of this order.  In case of default, complainant is entitled to get interest @ 12% per annum on the amount Rs. 54,955/- (Fifty four thousand nine hundred fifty five only) from the date of default i.e. after 30 days from the date of this order and till its final realization. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
