| Final Order / Judgement | Mr. K. Biswakarma, learned counsel, is present representing Mr. S.P. Choudhury, learned conducting counsel for the complainant. Mr. A. Chetri, learned counsel, on the other hand is also present representing Mr. G. Alam, learned conducting counsel for the opposite party. In terms of order dated 23-11-2021, the opposite party deposited the settled amount, by way of compromise in the Registry of the Commission which was accordingly delivered to the complainant vide order dated 10-1-2022 passed by the Administrative Officer-cum-Registrar of the Commission. In view of the same, as the settled amount by way of compromise, is satisfied by the opposite party, we close this complaint case No. C.C. 13/2019 as disposed of. | |
