This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to issue a new Samsung Galaxy S+ mobile phone and to  pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-  towards compensation for  mental agony to the complainant.

            Proof affidavit of Complainant not filed for long time to prove the averments  in the Compliant.  Complainant and Counsel absent for long time.  Compliant is dismissed  for default.  No Cost.
