The case record is put up today (16.12.2022) before the Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat for amicable settlement.

The dispute between the parties have been referred for determination to the Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat held on 16.12.2022 and both the parties having compromised / settled the case / matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement :-

Both the parties are present. The case is taken up for hearing.

Heard both sides. The claim of the complainant/petitioner is recoverable from the O.P. Bank amounting to Rs. 19,184/- + compensation of Rs. 10,000/-. The parties have amicable settled the dispute at Rs. 19,184/- (interest only). In view of the compromise arrive on between the parties, it is ordered as follows:

Terms of payment :

Payment of Rs. 19,184/- as settled to be paid by way of account transfer from O.P. Bank to the petitioner’s account within 15 days hence. In case the payment amount is not paid as per terms of the compromise, the entire amount as prayed for along with interest will become due and payable by the O.P. and the petitioner will execute the decree of entire dues along with interest.

The case is thus disposed of in full satisfaction.
