Complainant Arup Mondal is found absent without step since long back now it is 12:35 pm. No step has yet been taken from the end of the complainant.

Neither the complainant nor is conducting advocate is found present on repeated calls.

Today is fixed for admission hearing. On a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appears that the case has been instituted 30/06/2022, so the statutory period has already been over has Commission is no other alternative but the case is dismissed for default.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 64/2022 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
