                                                                                          JUDGMENT

             Complainant has failed to comply the order dtd.18.5.2022 passed in R.P. No.22/2022 for which presale notice was issued by opposite parties to complainant on 21.6.2022 and vehicle has already been sold to 3^rd party as such the prayer of complainant has became infructous and complainant being defaulter and having not carried out the order passed by Hon’ble SCDRC became a defaulter and there remains nothing for adjudication and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 7^th August,2024.
