            Final award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been passed on 08.12.2021, whereas the consumer complaint has been filed on 26.10.2022 as such this Commission has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the case in view of the settled position of law. Accordingly consumer complaint and misc case No.279/2022 are dismissed. No cost.
