Today, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

In compliance of previous order dated 21.02.2024, the appellant has not taken steps for service of notice upon respondent by registered post.

It transpires from the record that the appellant is not taking steps for service of notice upon respondent inspite of several orders and it appears that the appellant is not willing to further contest the appeal.

In such circumstances, the appeal is hereby dismissed in absence of the appellant as well as for want of prosecution.
