None for the parties to the complaint petition. In terms of order dated 2-9-2022, notice/notices were issued to the parties to the complaint petition and the Registry has submitted the track consignment report by which notices/notices were sent to the parties. As per the report, notices were duly served on the complainant and the opposite parties on 27-09-2022. As none entered appearance most specifically the complainant, we are of the considered opinion that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint, for which this complaint petition stands dismissed for default.
