                                    This execution petition arises out of original C.C.Case No.46/2014  which has filed by the petitioner due to non-compliance of the order passed in original C.C.Case No.46/14. In the mean time the petitioner filed a petition on 07.03.22  praying to drop the above cited execution case No.07/16 since the matter has been settled amicably by both the parties. The submission of learned advocate seems to be genuine since  the submission is supported by money receipt issued by O.P which indicates the O.P has received Rs.79,500/-  towards the outstanding dues of the financed vehicle.

                                    In view of the above factual aspects the execution proceeding No.07/16 is dropped as prayed by the petitioner .
