The complaints are allowed.

In CC.No. No.80/2012, the Opposite Parties jointly and severally to shall pay a sum of Rs.95,000/- (Rupees Ninety five thousand only) to the complainant along with interest thereon at 12% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.
