ORDER

Perused the record.On perusal of the record it is found that after admission of the C.C case registered notices were sent to the O.Ps .But the registered notices were returned back by the postal authority that the adresse left service against the O.Ps are found insufficient .Hence the complainant was directed to file requisites against the O.Ps for issuance of notice.Several chances were given to the complainant .But the complainant did not take any step to send notice against the O.Ps .Hence ,the C.C case against the O.Ps is dismissed.
