In view of the memo filed the matter is advanced suomotto to this date.  The complaint filed a memo stating that in view of the negotiations made between him and OPs, he accepted the offer made by OPs and OPs accordingly paid him Rs.1,20,000/- and he voluntarily received the said amount, as such he is not pressing the present complaint.  The said memo is accordingly recorded.  In view of the memo filed the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
