           This case has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to refund the cost of T.V., travelling expenses and compensation of loss in business for Rs.77500/-.

          By filing a petition dt. 23.02.2017, the complainant states that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties as the complainant has received a new TV set as replacement against the defective TV Set and for that the complainant has prayed for withdrawal of the the case being settled on compromise.

          In this situation we are of the view that we should not stand on the way of the complainant and for that the instant complaint should be disposed of as withdrawn.

          Hence,

that the Consumer Complaint No. 41/2016 be and the same is hereby disposed of being withdrawn.

          There will be no order as to cost.

          Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
