Appeal is filed on 20.03.2009. It was taken on board on 22.09.2009. Then it was adjourned to 24.02.2010, 15.06.2010, 15.09.2010 and then 06.01.2011. Till today appellant could not take steps. There is no proof about service of notice or affidavit of advocate filed in respect of service of notice to the respondent. It seems that, appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
