ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OPs, Shri P.C. Mishra has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid the entire amount of Rs. 13,50,000/- as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
