ORDER

At the time of arguments, Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, Counsel for opposite party no.2 and appearing as proxy for Sh. S. R. Bansal, Advocate, Counsel for opposite party no.3, on getting proposal from the Court, very fairly stated that as the car has been delivered to the complainants, opposite party no.3, as a goodwill gesture, will not claim any amount whatsoever for parking charges and otherwise also from the complainants.

                   In view of settlement made, Sh. Ajay Kalra, Advocate, Counsel for the complainants states that the claim of the complainants stands satisfied and he wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
