ORDER

     In view of the separate statement made by Sh.Ashok Kumar Khubbar, Counsel for Complainant on 09.08.2023, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per settlement, counsel for complainant has already received draft for an amount of Rs.75,000/- bearing draft No.356407 dated 08.08.2023 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank in favour of complainant from OP No.2 & 3 through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, towards full & final settlement in the present matter and he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
