On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant last appeared on 17.03.2020 thereafter there was consistent default in appearance on behalf of the compliant. On the last date of hearing, Bench had observed that the complainant has not territorial jurisdiction. No appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation as well as for territorial jurisdiction since the complainant a resident of North West Delhi. File be consigned to record room.
