               Sh. Anuj Mohan counsel for opposite parties No. 1 to 3 alongwith Sh. Kumar Bansal Legal Officer Branch Bathinda and Sh. Kiratraj Singh Branch Manager, Barnala.

None for opposite party No. 4.

Sh. Nitin Bansal counsel for opposite party No. 5. 

Sh. Kumar Bansal Legal Officer, AU Small Finance Bank, Branch Bathinda made a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties, as per compromise he has brought the draft No. 000599 dated 16.9.2021 of Rs. 5,00,000/- as full and final settlement amount and he is ready to hand over the same to the counsel for the complainant subject to withdrawal of the present complaint. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand Sh. JK Kapil counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the above said statement and same is correct and he has received the above said draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- on behalf of complainant as full and final settlement amount of the present case. Nothing is due against the opposite parties therefore he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties and as counsel for the complainant received the draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- on behalf of

complainant as full and final settlement of his claim, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties are bound by their undertakings made today in the Commission. However no order as to costs or compensation due to peculiar circumstances of the present complaint. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
