Written arguments submitted by OPs. Sh Kumar Bansal, Authorized Representative of OPs appeared in person with his counsel and has suffered a statement that OPs are ready to pay Rs. 6000/- ( Six Thousand only ) as full and final settlement of the claim within 15 days from the receipt of the copy of order.

Sh. Deepinder Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that in view of the above statement he accepts the offer and withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

In view of the statement suffered by Sh. Kumar Bansal, Authorized Representative of OPs as well as Sh. Deepinder Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
