Dr. B. Arun on behalf of complainant-mother is present and has filed an application stating that he wants to withdraw the instant complaint petition, with liberty to file afresh.  As assured by the O.Ps to settle the matter mutualy after withdrawing the complaint petition. The complainant has also prayed that he may be given liberty to file afresh if the settlement fails.

L’d counsel Ms. Y. Singhi on behalf of both the O.Ps is present and also reiterated that they are on the process of settling the case outside the Commission and prayed that the withdrawal application be accepted.

After hearing both the l’d counsels the prayer of complainant is allowed with liberty to file afresh.

In view of the above, this complaint petition stands disposed of on being withdrawn.
