ORDER
Case was taken up in Lok Adalat. The case has been settled. Ms. Shalu Gupta, Complainant, have settled the complaint M/s. AM Trust Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (OP-3) and have agreed to receive a new mobile handset which is of equivalent value to the subject mobile and compensation of Rs. 3,000/- as full and final settlement. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
