Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP-1 i.e. Yes Bank and filed compromise letter dated 14.12.2019which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-1 has given a demand draft bearing no.171166 drawn on Yes Bank of Rs.9,500/- towards ATM failed transaction amount of Rs.7,000/- and Rs.2,500/- for cost of litigation (total Rs.9,500/-) as full & final settlement to the complainant. The complainant stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
