     In view of the statement made by Sh.Chandan Deep Singh, Counsel for Complainant on 17.07.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received subject laptop alongwith charger & pen stylus from OP No.3 through its counsel Sh.Varun Bhardwaj, Advocate and hence complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
